This is the second issue of these types of booklets to be issued with more than one type of cover. In this issue, the five different top images were used, being A through E and five different cover designs B, O, S, Q and N were used, so that 25 different cover design combinations were possible, and would be numbered OA, QC, ND etc. A pack of 50 booklets delivered to a post office would contain only one cover type, so that collectors had to visit several post offices in order to collect all 25. At the end of the life of this issue the Philatelic department did make a set of 25 covers available for the reprint with 29 slit roulette, BK302Aa. But collectors had to hunt to find all 25 for each of the 5, 29 and 23 slit roulettes of the first issue on TRC paper, and the later reprint on Fasson paper. Notably, the E covers on the Fasson paper reprints all had DF faces, compared to LF on all the other booklets we have examined.
