A VF tilleard die proof of the 6c black Queen Victoria from the 1872-1873 Cents Issue from the 1893 London philatelist. Tilleard was the formost specialist in the stamps of PEI, and he was also the first curator of the Royal Collection. He was able to obtain the plates and dies to use in an 1893 London Philatelist article dealing with the issues. The quality of the printing was so good, that the die proofs from that article beame colllectible in their own right.
