A VFNH single of the 1c multicoloured Bottle Gentian from the 1977-1982 Floral & Environment Issue Winnipeg CNR perfin on DF2/DF1 paper. The Winnipeg perfin is identified by the fact that the end of the "C" is in line with the second vertical perforation hole of the H. Vancouver's has the end of the C aligned with the fist perforation hole of the "H", while on Edmonton the end of the "C" is above the "H". This lot includes the inverted and upright Winnipeg perfin on DF paper, and LF paper, plus a lighter shade on LF paper with upright perfin.
