A VFNH single of the 74c multicoloured Luge from the 1988 Calgary Olympics Issue with dot under "GE" of "Luge", pos. 2, possibly constant!. This variety was present on both UL inscription blocks we examined, so it would seem that it is constant. However, 2 blocks is not enough to be sure that it is constant. However, it definitely is at least tertiary.
