A VFNH LR inscription block of the 40c multicoloured Witched Canoe - Buried Treasure from the 1991 Canadian Folklore Issue on DF/DF Harrison paper with tertiary scratch across sky (pos. 39) & blemish to right of polar bear (pos. 50). This is a tertiary group of varieties, as I have seen more than one LR block with the same vareties, but I have also seen at least one block that does not have either.
