A VF used plate inscription pair of the 36c multicoloured Nelson-Miramichi Post office from the 1987 CAPEX'87 Issue with significant upward shift of colour. Insignificant misregistrations between the black engraving and the color on the buildings and foliage are not uncommon, but in those cases usually the features of the building are still in the correct place, if slightly shifted. Significant shifts result in feaures of the building being significantly out of place. On this example, all colour is shifted 1/2mm upward, resulting in the white ends of the coubles appearing on the soffits, a white line appears at the base of the roof above the eavestrough, which would not normally be visible and the red brickwork does not reach the bottom of the building.
