A VF used single of the 39c multicoloured Werewolf from the 1990 Legendary Creatures Issue showing "bloody moon" variety, perf. 12.5 x 13.3, possibly tertiary or constant. This is the only example of this variety I have seen. It is not on any of the inscription blocks I looked at, so if it is constant or tertiary, then it comes from the interior of the sheet, and so full sheets would need to be studied to see if this is the case.
