A VF used single of the 5c deep blue Parliament Buildings from the 1933 UPU Meeting Issue with re-entry in ur spandrel, some vertical lattice lines doubled, as illustrated on trimble's website, hard to see in the scan, but clear with a loupe, June 1933 CDS cancel.
Unitrade values this at $4.5, for a normal VF used example without the re-entry. Our estimate of the value, in the condition offered is $10. The stamp offered here grades 75 as follows:
Centering/Margins: 35/60
Paper Freshness: 5/5
Colour: 5/5
Impression: 5/5
Absence of Visible Paper Flaws: 5/5
Perforations: 10/10
Cancellation: 10/10
Despite no varieties being listed on this stamp, other than the line in the "5", I have found that there are at least two versions of re-entries in the upper spandrels, a buoy in the water variety and a detached spire variety on the clock tower. The shade varies from a pure deep blue, to other dull blue shades. Gum is always a semi-gloss sheen, but the colour varies from brownish yellow to cream.
