A VFNH single of the 1c brown shade Queen Elizabeth II from the 1967 - 1973 Centennial Definitives - Low Values Issue with WCB tag, HB11 streaky & highly glossy dex, brownish shade. Tag bar does not glow under shortwave UV nor is there any after glow, does appear slightly brownish yellow under normal UV. The scarcest of the 1c sheet stamps that is not an error
