Canada #669, 680-680ii 8c Multicoloured 1975 Supreme Court Centenary and 50th Anniversary of Royal Canadian Legion, A VFNH Specialized Lot Of Different Paper Types, Including Scarce MF and HF Papers
A VFNH group of 10 singles from the 1975 Supreme Court Centenary Issue, and the 50th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Legion Issue, printed on different paper types, some of which are listed in Unitrade, and some of which are not. The Supreme court stamps are printed on HF/HF and HB/HF paper, with the usual bluish gum. The Royal Canadian Legion Issue is on NF/NF, DF/DF, LF/LF (levels 3 and 4), LF/F (levels 5 and 6), F/MF and MF/HF paper. The true NF/NF paper is as scarce as the HF paper, which is scarcer than the Unitrade listed MF paper. NF is listed as the basic stamp in Unitrade, but this is not quite correct, as the common paper is really DF/DF.
Unitrade values these at $23.20, taking the intermediate paper varieties as being whatever they are closest to in Unitrade. The stamps offered here grade between 75 and 80 as follows:
Centering/Margins: 50/70 and 45/70
Paper Freshness: 5/5
Colour: 5/5
Impression: 5/5
Absence of Visible Paper Flaws: 5/5
Perforations: 10/10
