2 very good/fine used singles from the 1898-1899 Diamond Jubilee & Surcharged Issues, rare Arakaka & New Amseterdam CDS cancels.

The 1d has a fairly deep thin, but the Sept 15 1899 New Amsterdam cancel is quite nice. Arakaka is a key gold mining town in the northwest district.
