2 fine used singles of the 3c pale orange vermillion - orange vermillion Queen Victoria from the 1888-1897 Small Queen Issue, early second Ottawa printing, papers 2O-BB & 2O-HH, set 25 1895 & july 2 1893 cancels.

Both of the papers are the very scarce thin, transparent papers. 2O-BB is the one dated sept 25 1895 St. Mary's and the 2O-HH os July 2nd 1893 Sherbrooke.
