Canada #1147var 36c Multicoloured Commonwealth Emblem, 1987 CHG Issue, A VFNH UR Inscription Block On LF3/LF3 Rolland Paper With Three Constant Varieties (Pos. 9-10 & 20)

A VFNH ur inscription block of the 36c multicoloured Commonwealth Emblem from the 1987 CHG Issue on LF3/LF3 Rolland paper with three constant varieties (pos. 9-10 & 20). Position 9 shows a tiny dot below the "R" of "Vancouver". Position 10 has a very small apostrophe above the "E" Of "Reunion". Finally, position 20 has a very small blue dot in the middle of the bottom margin. These varieties have been seen on every UR block we examined, so we think they are very likely to be constant.

Unitrade does not list these varieties, but we estimate the value at $15. The stamps offered here grade 75 as follows:
