4 VF Canada Post FDC's of the 46c multicoloured Indigenous Children - Orchids from the 1999 Nunavut - Orchids Of Canada Issue franked with singles & a se-tenant block on DF & HB envelopes. The Orchids issue cover has the stems of the Dragon's Mouth and Short Round-Leaved Orchid passing through the lower perfs. The Greater Yellow Lady's Slipper has the right leaf extending through the perfs and the design of the small purple fringed orchid stops short of the perfs on all sides. All issues are on HB envelopes except Nunavut and Orchids, which are on DF envelopes.
