The fluorescence scale goes from 0-12, with each grade occupying 2-3 numbers on the scale. The paper types included here are:

• CNE – DF2-fl/LF3-fl
• Mere d’Youville – NF/NF on bright white paper

Unitrade cat. for these is $2.40, as the cheapest basic stamps. However, the fluorescent papers from this period are usually worth between $3 and $5 each where they are listed. So, in our view, a more realistic estimate of the value is $8.
