A VFNH complete booklet of the 42c multicoloured Margaree & South Saskatchewan Rivers from the 1992 Heritage Rivers Issue open HB cover, pane with inscriptions, on NF/DF1 Coated Papers paper, red dot above hills & regretful swimmer varieties, appear to be tertiary or constant. The red dot above hills is always found, when it occurs, above the hill, at the right of the design on 2/1. It is not found on every booket, but I have seen it on more than 1 booklet. It therefore can be either constant or tertiary, depending on how the booklets were produced. The regretful swimmer appears at the edge of the falls near the centre on 2/4. Again, it is not found on every booklet, but appears to always occur in conjunction with the red dot. variety.
