8 fine & VFNH singles of the multicoloured Various Cathedral Designs from the 1956-1964 Notre-Dame Du Cap Fundraising Issue issued to find the construction of the basillica. Notre-Dame Du Cap was the name of a stone church built in the parish of Cap-de-la-Madeleine between Montreal and Quebec City. The Church was completed in 1720, but expanded in the 1880's and again into a larger basilica between 1955 and 1964. These stamps were issued to help fund the construction.
