2 very fine Covers of the 3c rose violet from the 1942-1943 KGVI War Issue, 3c local rate returned mail & 75th anniv of Winnipeg covers, both sent in 1949.

Each franked with a 3c rose violet to pay the local 3c rate which came into effect June 30th 1943. The Sarnia cover was stamped 'Return to write - no forwarding address' and the other cover bears a handstamped green commemorative cachet for the 75th Anniv of Winnipeg.
