The cover was assessed at 6c postage due (double a 3c deficiency with singles of 2c & 4c postage dues affixed. This is curious because it appears that the sender's intent was to send at the unsealed rate, but they did not realize that it required 2c. In addition, they accidentally sealed the envelope, making it a 3c local cover. The PO clerk has overassessed the postage due by 2c. Small nick in front, away from stamps.
