2 very fine Covers of the 4c carmine from the 1942-1943 KGVI War Issue, greeting commemoratives for inauguration of 4c 'all up' mail, two letters to mayor of Charlottetown, PEI.

The letters are from the mayor of Edmonton & deputy Mayor of Calgary (both letters are present on fancy letterhead) congradulating the mayor on the introduction of 'all up' airmail domestically in which all first class mail up to 4c would be automatically transported by air. Both covers have decorative cachets.
