A fair used single of the 12.5c green from the 1859-1864 First Cents Issue, scarce, silky smooth Cents-r paper, clipped perfs & horizontal crease, but still a presentable example of a rare paper type.

The vaste majority of cents issues are found on stout, hard papers. This is only the second stamp from this set I have found on this paper, the other being a 1c rose.
