A VF used example of this rare stamp with four clear margins, and a light black target cancel. The margins are close at the top right and bottom right, but fully clear of the inner framelines on all sides. Signed Alcuri in pencil on the back. Paul Alcuri is a dealer based in Canterbury UK, and has been active since 1945, though most of his opinions were issued in the 1950's and 60's. He was a well known worldwide expert. This is a rare stamp in this condition.
